As a trustee, represented ERISA plan participant interests in private company acquisitions.
Served as internal counsel for State Street’s ERISA plans and negotiated benefit and pension provisions in several State Street M&A transactions.
Served on the Board of Directors of SSGA Asia Limited and SSGA Singapore, Chaired SSGA’s Fiduciary Committee and State Street’s Hong Kong Local Board, served on State Street’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee, SSGA’s Senior Management Group, and SSGA’s European Product Development Committee.
Kelly holds a Master of Laws degree in banking law from the Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Catholic University. Ms. Driscoll is a licensed attorney in both the Commonwealths of Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
